Hi I'm Joseph

I grew up in Fruit Heights, Utah. My greatest joy comes from spending time with my family .I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy spending time with my family, dating girls, playing every sport known to man, and getting beat up my older brothers. I especially enjoy playing with, helping, and spending time with my many neices and nephews. Currently, I'm a missionary serving in England/South Wales. Before my mission I went to college at Utah Valley University and learned a lot about living on my own. After my mission I plan to go to University at the University of Utah and then continue on to medical school to become a doctor. I love helping others and am excited to get into the medical field to help people with their various struggles and illnesses.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church. But I didnt find out until later on in my life what it really meant to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I've come to learn from my own experience and from observing the experience of my many family members that we all have a choice. That choice involves two options, you can either do things WITH God, or WITHOUT God. As I've observed my family members experiences and had a few of my own, I've learned that life is about ten times easier and things ALWAYS work out in the long run if you choose to take on the challenges of life WITH God, accept His will, His timing, and do things in His way. Trusting in Heavenly Father is one of the greatest lessons we can learn in this life. My family of five older brothers, one older sister, five sister-in-laws, one brother-in-law, and seventeen neices and nephews would not be anywhere near as unified and happy as we are today if it weren't for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Everything good that has ever happened in my life is a direct result of choosing to live by the counsel of our Heavenly Father. I cannot express my gratitude for the knowledge that God lives, that he speaks to us through a Prophet and Apostles, and expecially for the knowledge that He loves us, cares for us, and wants nothing less than our complete happiness.

How I live my faith

I am currently a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I have volunteered two years of my life to helping others to come closer to Jesus Christ, provide service, and lift anyone in need. I left a big family, a girlfriend, my car, and my comfortable lifestyle to dedicate two years to helping others.
