Hi I'm Tim

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a financial adviser by profession but the most important parts of my life are all about my family. I have been married to my sweetheart for 34 years and we are proud of our family of five children and, so far, nine grandchildren. Simply put, we are all about family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a person who needs God. I choose to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because it is an organization of people that helps me learn of the Savior so I can become, step by step, more like Him. Being a Mormon means I try each day to study the Savior's words as taught by Him and His prophets and then do my best to live the principles of His gospel.

How I live my faith

I believe that to become a true disciple of Christ, one must not only believe but must act on His teachings by serving others. Currently I serve others by being a missionary for my church. This involves visiting, helping, and teaching those that are striving to learn more about Jesus Christ and want to better their lives through Christ's teachings. I am involved in the organization Mormon Helping Hands, and this month we will be perfroming a community service project together with others in painting fences and clearing trails. Family is at the core of my faith. I believe that having a forever family is possible and together, our family members help each other succeed at lifes challenges by supporting each other, being kind to one another, and accepting each others strengths and weaknesses.
