Hi I'm Sean

I love power lifting. I love Strongman. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband and father. I served a two year mission in Jamaica. I am a college graduate. I work as a correctional officer and am in the process of starting a printing business. I love being inspired and learning from experience. I enjoy music and the being outdoors. I love power lifting and strongman. I like animals and being self reliant. Someday I would like to have a small hobby farm. I enjoy laughing and spending time with my wife and kids.

Why I am a Mormon

I believe you can test and trust faith. As I have exercised my faith in God and put him to the test, he has reached out to me and helped me to have confidence in him. I realize that faith in the divine can not be outwardly proven to others, only inwardly known. I am aware that there is much that I do not know and that the world can be a painful and confusing place. However I believe that even in the absence of perfect knowledge, a person can have confidence that faith is a sufficient power to provide assurance in Christ and his teachings. Following Christ brings peace and joy. I have experienced this in my life as I have prayed, studied and lived his teachings. I believe that others can know this for themselves as they do the same.

How I live my faith

For me living my faith is quite simple, its about loving God and others, and staying true to your conscience. I feel when I am living my faith fully I am helping myself and those around me to become their best self. I try and do this through spending quality time with my family and serving others. I make it a priority to set aside one night a week to go on a date with my wife as well as spending an evening at home with my family. Each month I visit members of my local congregation, teach a lesson a lesson at church, and give money to help the less fortunate. I know there are many facets to some one living their faith and following Christ. However I believe the most important thing is having Charity.
