Hi I'm George Nielsen

I Love To Play Basketball With My Friends, I Was Born A Water Skier, And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am from Salt Lake City, and I love being busy. I am the second youngest in my family with an older brother and sister and a younger sister with two awesome parents. I was the senior class president of my high school and am staying involved however i can. I love playing tennis on cool days and playing basketball with my friends whenever I can. I am terrible at riding skate boards and long boards but I love to water ski. Although getting up early can be tough for me, being the first one on the lake and in the water makes it worth it. Another thing I love is music. I play the guitar and piano and basically whenever I can I’m listening to music.

Why I am a Mormon

I was blessed to be born into a Mormon home and to have been able to build and grow off the testimonies of my parents. I also was able to have some rock solid friends who were always there for mt. As for why I'm still a Mormon today is because I have been able to gain my own testimony. I have been able to read the Book of Mormon, pray about it, and truly know for myself that this book is true. I love how the family is central in this church and how much mine has been strengthened by living in it.

How I live my faith

Currently I am a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and am serving in the Tampa Florida Mission. Here I have been able to help people overcome challenges and trials by helping them know that Jesus Christ loves them, knows them, and through him can change their lives. As a missionary I am able to teach people more about Christ and this Church so that they can know for themselves that the things we teach are true. As i live my everyday life i try my best to be a good example to all of my friends and family in everything that i do.
