Hi I'm Joshua

I love rock music, playing sports, hanging with friends and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 22 years old and the youngest of 4 boys and no sisters. My parents and my family are the most important thing to me. I grew up in Grace, Idaho a small town of about 1000 people. I love camping, shooting, playing sports, and music. I play the guitar and I'm in a rock band. My favorite band is Boston and my favorite food is potatoes and steak. I also I joined the Idaho National Guard at the age of 17 and went to Basic Training between my junior and senior years of high school. I was deployed to Iraq from 2010 to 2011. I love living life to the fullest.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it is true! I grew up in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints but have come to the knowledge that its God's Kingdom on my own through study and prayer. It took me a long time to build this belief. It took me some time and study to come to my testomony on my own. I know that it is true not because of my parents or friends or anyone else. I know it for me because God has told me. This religion has answers to all the questions of the soul. I know Jesus is the Christ and the Savior of the world and that This church is His Church. I know that Thomas S. Monson is a prophet on the earth today and by following his council and the commandments of Jesus Christ we can improve our lives and bring joy to everything we do. If we endure to the end and make and keep covenents we can live with our families and God forever.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving a mission in Tampa Florida for the Church. I try to live my faith by being an example of Christ and live the things that I profess and teach. I am not perfect, not even close, but I do my best to improve everyday through repentance and the power of Christ's Atonement. I plan on getting married and raising up a family in the Gospel of Jesus Christ so I can live with them forever.
