Hi I'm Trevor Jones

I enjoy all sports, love to read and write, and I want to make a difference with my religion. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a (somewhat) recent graduate of Brigham Young University. I love to read and write, so I majored in English. I'm always asked what I want to do with that and the answer is, "Whatever I want". I actually ended up being a web developer, so I really did do whatever I wanted. I enjoy all sports, but I'm passionate about soccer and love the English Premier League. My ultimate goal in life is to build a life centered on Jesus Christ to become what He would have me become - as part of that, I want to build a Christ-centered family, serve others with charity, and develop a pure love of my Father in Heaven.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in this church and it has provided me a solid foundation to build my life on. I have learned for myself that the Book of Mormon is true. It took lots of study and prayer, but I received an unmistakable witness that it is true. It testifies of Christ and teaches us how to experience His love for us through His Atonement. He is the way, the truth, and the light, and I receive a fullness of all those things through this church. That is why I am a Mormon. In other words, that is why I have chosen to live my life by following the teaching of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the kingdom of God on the earth.

How I live my faith

I hope that I am a good example to others of my beliefs. I live the teachings of Christ found in the scriptures and given by his Apostles. I serve others through my church positions and when I see a need. I earnestly strive to pattern my life after Christ.
