Hi I'm Devon

I'm a teenager, cyclist, football and tennis player, actor, brother to four brothers and three sisters, a son, and an LDS member.

About Me

I love sports. Throughout my whole life I've played baseball, soccer, flag football, tackle football, and now tennis. I love working the body I've been graced with to its limits and exploring my abilities. I also like to act, sing and dance. I've been in three different musicals, four choirs and several one-act plays. I live in a wonderful home with four awesome brothers, three amazing sisters, and two loving parents. I share a room with all of my brothers, but the littlest, and so we've bonded into a tight band of brothers. My oldest sister is in college at, where else but, BYU. My second oldest sister is here at home, waiting to escape us crazy brothers, and my youngest sister left us early and is enjoying a perfect body up with my Heavenly Father. Both my parents love my dearly, even if I sometimes can be a little...forgetful. My Dad and I have done all sorts of things together, the most recent being a six week trip up to England and Wales. I love both my parents, my Heavenly Father, my eldest brother, Jesus Christ, and for the freakin' awesome experience that I have already had on this earth.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this church, and relied on my parent's testimony for the first 13 years of my life, but recently I ran into some problems, and I turned to my God in heaven to pull me through. After that experience I started to realize that my testimony was not parent's any more. I had started to build my own testimony, and I know this church is the only true one on this earth.

How I live my faith

Just ten months ago I was ordained to the office of teacher. In this calling I have the opportunity to hold the priesthood, hometeach with my Dad, and pass and prepare the sacrament. I, also, have a whole hour every day that I can go to seminary for the purpose of searching the scriptures in order to strengthen my testimony and draw closer to my Father that set my here to learn and to live as part of a family.
