Hi I'm Lillie Ann

I'm a Mormon. I am the youngest of eleven children and the Auntie of 63 wonderful nieces and nephews.

About Me

I am the youngest child of eleven and the baby of the family. I was raised in the beautiful state of Maine and also in Nebraska. I attened church with a friend and was baptized at the age of twelve. My parents friend Rose introduced my parents to the church in 1980. My father was the first to join the church followed by my mother and two sisters. I was very happy with the church I was attending. But on day in July of 1982 my parents invited a large group of missionaries to our house for a bbq. The missionaries came and talked to me. Elder Nelson asked me if I loved my parents. I thought that was a odd thing to ask. "Yes" I answered. Do you want to be with them forever? "Yes" I again answered. He told me he knew away that this ould happen for my family. I had always been afaid of loosing one of them and never seeing them again. After three months of me asking every question I could think of I was baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on my mothers birthday. I have served a mission in San Jose California. I enjoy working with children who disabilities and with youth.

Why I am a Mormon

I chose to become a member of the church after questions that I had were answered. I prayed for along time for answers to these questions. After feeling the Spirit telling me that what I was learning was true I knew this was the true church for me. I love the gospel and am grateful for the the knowledge I have of the love my Heavenly Father has for me.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by praying and asking for strength to get through each day. Reading my scriptures and other church books and magazines also give me courage to stay on the path to my Heavenly home. I enjoy the temple as well.
