Hi I'm Bonnie

I live in Mesa, am a high school student, love music and photography, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a teenager and I go to Mesa High School. I'm currently taking Intermediate Photography and French. I'm the eighth child in a family if nine. I love reading and spending time with my family and friends. I'm currently trying to write my own story which is turning out to be a real adventure. I adore music. I can sing and play the piano. I taught myself to play four years ago and have been gradually getting better. I try to do my best in everything and smile my way through life.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this gospel, but that's not the reason why I believe in it. I have felt the undeniable feelings telling me that this is the true church. I've felt the love and comfort that my Heavenly Father gives me and I never want to lose that feeling. I've had experiences that have changed me as a person for the good and those experiences have occurred when I apply the gospel to my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith every day, or at least I try very hard to. In my ward I am the Young Women's Laurel president, the group of 16 and 17 year old girls. I try to support the girls that I'm over and listen to what they have to say. I also just try to be positive, especially at school where there's a lot of depressing drama. A simple smile can change a person's day so I try to just show my love for those around me.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Your Heavenly Father will let you know what is or is not true. If you ask Him with real intent then he will let you know His will. The scriptures also are a way to feel the Holy Ghost and know that this church is true. Feelings of comfort, love, joy, and "warm fuzzies" are signs that Heavenly Father is telling you that this gospel is true. Show more Show less
