Hi I'm Aaron

I love making music. I love shoes. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am Aaron. I have thus far spent my entire life in the state of Idaho, and I love it! I have always loved the sport of football, and I am probably the biggest Boise State football fan around. On my spare time I love to create music! I play the piano, guitar and drums. I have been studying psychology in school for the past few semesters and I am very passionate about it. I am an amature golfer, a potato enthusiast, and a kid at heart.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church from birth, and all through my teenage years I never had to believe or show any faith because it was always just what I had known. When I left my house at the age of 18 I chose a different path, one that I had always been taught to avoid. The things that I had always known became unknown to me, and I fell far from the christain life. But my Heavenly Father had other plans for me. He knew exactly how to lead me back from my lost state so that I could partake of the grace of the Savior and his atonement. After I had been humbled by the Lord through various ways, I was still left without faith. It was at that point when I had just turned 20 years old that I decided that I was going to allign all of my actions with the teachings of the Savior, and consequently, the standards of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints whether I believed in it or not. As I did this, I began more and more to feel the comfort and peace that can only come from the Holy Spirit, and my faith began to grow. My relationships with my family members and friends, inside and outside of the church, began to be strengthened. I studied and understood the holy scriptures. For the first time in my life I had a testimony of my own. I have seen miracles, in my own life and in others lives. I know that my Heavenly Father and his Son, Jesus Christ, live. And they love me and have a plan for me. I know that every single one of us on the earth are important to God, and he will forget none of his children.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving others and striving to be brotherly and kind to everyone. I have served as a hometeacher, where I visited families and stood as a helpmeet for them, as a teacher of young men and women in my church, and I will serve as a missionary for my church for two years.

How can we increase our faith in Jesus Christ?

Aaron
Faith doesn't grow on its own, it takes effort and commitment on our part. It starts by having a desire to belive in Christ. If we have this desire, and we study the holy scriptures and be obedient to God's commandments, then our faith will begin to increase. Show more Show less
