Hi I'm Michael

I make a mean peanut butter and jelly and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

All kidding aside I love cooking and graduated with a Culinary Arts Degree from Johnson and Wales University. In 2010 I was able to rebuild my life when I married the love of my life and together we share the responsibility of raising six children. Life is good.

Why I am a Mormon

My mother is a strong woman of faith. When she was introduced to the church it was that faith that sustained her through life's challenges and inspired my father to check into the validity of the LDS Church. Naturally I was curious but I was also nine at the time. It wasn't until I went to serve a full time mission in Tacoma, WA that I began to gain my own true testimony of the Book of Mormon and of the Plan of Salvation that God has for us. Through service to others I began to feel closer to the Savior and I began to understand that life is not a random thing. It's a gift. I love the programs of the church and appreciate how much they sustain the values my parents instilled in me as a child. Now that I have children of my own, I'm grateful for the guidance the gospel brings as I work to raise a righteous and happy posterity.

How I live my faith

A quote I try to live by; "If you always look for the good in someone you'll always find it."
