Hi I'm Brooke

I grew up on Vancouver Island on the West Coast of Canada. Called to serve in the S. Seoul Korea Mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Somethings that make me who I am are my dogs, Brownie, Murphy and George. My love of all things baking (including brownies). The sporadic adventures I take all over the globe, and in my little town. How amazing my family is. The strong emotions I feel whether it's a beautiful sunset, or someone hurt. Always having my best friend, Hannah, that stands beside me during the great or hard times. Living beside the ocean, being able to breathe in the fresh sea breeze. Having knee surgery at 18, from playing the best sport in the world, Rugby. Growing up with Ukranian heritage, and knowing what Borscht soup and Pampushki is.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because it helps me set myself apart from the world. It helps me realize what is of true importance in the long run, and not to live life carelessly. You only have one time on Earth to make an impact, and you better hurry up and decide if its going to be for the positive or the negative, as my granny has always told me. Now that I'm been out of High School for a few years, I've been able to stand back and decide, personally, if I want to continue on the straight and narrow path of life, or if I want to walk on the path of curves and bends and confusions. I have had many amazing examples in my life with University Professors and church leaders, and people that have shown me true Christ-like love. The Lord gives you strength when you think you're going to fall. This is why I am Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being the best person I can be. I live my faith by being kind, sincere, honest in everything I do.
