Hi I'm Claudia

I'm a Mormon. I am a working mother, wife, daughter, and sister. I have lived in Utah, California, and Arizona.

About Me

I was born a Mormon and was taught by my mother. During my young adult years I wandered from the church and made some choices that didn't follow the Lord’s commandments. I was married, had children, but felt empty and alone. Even with my wonderful family I felt something was missing. After moving to Arizona I had some wonderful visiting teachers who would come by every month and invite me to all of the activities.

Why I am a Mormon

Slowly I started to go back to church. It was a real battle every Sunday getting my children ready for church without the support of my husband, but I now knew what was missing I started to feel less alone and better about myself. Reading the scriptures and finding my own testimony and not living off of my mother’s testimony finally happened. Sundays were very hard and still are since I am married to someone of a different religion, but I made up my mind and know in my heart the Lord will bless me for teaching and living the gospel to the best of my ability.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church every Sunday and teaching my children about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I also try to set a good example for them. I try to accept people for who they are and not judge them. We should never judge someone unless we have walked in their shoes. It is hard to do and I am far from perfect. I also serve in the women's organization in the church and am a visiting teacher. I have my very own testimony that I try to share with others.
