Hi I'm Britta Singer
I am a wife, mother of four kids and I'm a Mormon.
My whole life I always wanted to be a mother. I have a wonderful husband who provides for our family so I can be a mom to our four children. I love it. As hard and as time consuming motherhood is, I seem to find some time to do the things I love. Some of those entail sewing clothing for my girls, being creative with things like home decor, hair accessories, jewelry, and others things like that. I also love to volunteer at my children's school for field trips, and other activities. I am involved in their education to ensure their getting the most out of everything they are learning. I love the trials that come with being a mother, but I love even more, the joys that I get from it!
I have been a member all of my life. I have always had a strong testimony. I remember when I was in college getting ready to graduate. I was thinking about what I was going to do after college. I thought a lot about going on a mission for the church. The thought came to me often since I was pretty young and it kind of scared me to go because I was shy and didn't always feel comfortable talking to people I didn't know. Well, at this time in my life when I was graduating college, I felt a strong urge to go but I was a little nervous and I wanted to make the right decision for me. So I prayed about it and over a period of one week my answer came in subtle, pleasant, good feelings in my heart that I should go. I'm so glad I did because I learned more about the gospel, myself and more importantly it strengthened my testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ and better prepared me to raise a family. I love this gospel and I know that Jesus Christ lives and that I can make it back to live with Him someday!
I try to live my faith by being an example of it the others around me. I am a big influence right now to my kids who are still learning and growing. I try to be a good example to them in teaching them to choose the right no matter what or how hard it may be. Right now I feel that being their mother is my most important role.
