Hi I'm Kiersten Holbrook

I'm a Nurse, a Musician, a Missionary and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I grew up with five siblings in a small town in Eastern Idaho. Throughout Jr High and High school, I really enjoyed playing music. I also played sport, and was involved with Student Council and my church youth group. I graduated High school with my CNA license (Certified Nursing Assistant) and have attended a year of college at BYU-Idaho. Now I am taking a break from my schooling to go on a mission for my church. The Lord has asked me to go and serve the people of West Virginia. I am beyond excited for this opportunity to share my testimony and the joy I feel from living the gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church. Some people might think that I believe and attend church only because of my parents. This is not the case, however. I have received my own testimony of the truthfulness of the principles taught by the LDS church. I am motivated to go to church because it brings me joy and peace. It also strengths my relationship with my family, my friends, and my Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by the clothes I wear, the words I speak, the books I read, and the way I treat those around me. I look to my savior, Jesus Christ, as a role model in all I do.
