Hi I'm Jason!

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in Idaho. I am called to be a missionary for two years in the England Birmingham Mission! (4.26.2012)

About Me

I am the oldest of three boys. I was born into the church to my loving father and mother. I love to golf, sing, ride my bike, go the the gym, family history, and spending time with my friends and family. I am going to BYU-Idaho. However, I am putting school on hold as I am called to serve as a missionary for two years in the England Birmingham Mission. I report to the MTC on April 26, 2012.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church and have been a member since I chose to be baptized at eight years old. I have read the Book of Mormon different times throughout my life. I know it is true because of the peace I feel when I read the words of the ancient prophets. The Book of Mormon does not replace the Bible. Both books go hand in hand with each other bearing the same message that Jesus Christ is the Savior of the World. (Jeremiah 16:16) Moroni 10:4-5 (in the Book of Mormon) makes a promise of gaining a testimony to anyone who sincerely reads the Book of Mormon. I invite you to read the Book of Mormon and pray to God asking if it is true.

How I live my faith

I serve as a Home teacher. This calling is for all Priesthood brethren to visit 3-5 families every month. My companion and I make sure that the family's needs are met, give a quick spiritual message, and periodically check on them during the month.
