Hi I'm Camden Elyse Inman

I'm an artist. I will soon be a mother. I am a mormon

About Me

I was recently sealed for time and all eternity to my husband David Inman in the Louisville, Kentucky Temple. We have been married for a little over two months now. I am looking forward to the many wonderful years I am privileged to spend with this man. I am an artist. I paint, draw and do crafty things. I love to create beautiful pieces to hang up in my home. I am a pinterest addict! My husband complains I'm on there too much, but he also knows that some amazing meals have come from it! My husband and I found out on our 1 month anniversary that we are pregnant. I am due October 30th. We have yet to find out if it is a boy or a girl, but we would be happy with either. We are just excited to have a little one coming. I am the oldest of 4 and have 3 younger brothers. I am currently working as an administrative assistant until my baby comes at which point I will become a stay at home mom.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this church. My parents are members, my grandparents are members and all my aunts, uncles and cousins. I was blessed to come into a household that is strong in the gospel and taught me so well its teachings. The reason I stayed a member of this church is not because of my parents, or because of tradition. I am still a member today because I have a testimony for myself. I do not have a specific time in my life where i can say "Yes! This church is true! I know of it!". My testimony grew as time wore on. Every teaching I heard as I went to church on Sunday, the activites during the week and especially the fun camps during the summer, I felt in my heart was true. I felt a confirmation from the Holy Ghost that this church is the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. I know this and as I continue to live my life inline with what this gospel teaches my testimony grows. I love this gospel. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

How I live my faith

Being a member of this faith is a way of life, and a way to become the best you can be. I work as a Sunday school teacher for the 7 year olds with my husband at Indianapolis 2nd ward. I love all 4 boys we have in that class. Each of them brings a joy and happiness that is always fun to be around. It cheers up my Sunday to talk to them about the teachings of this gospel and how much they already know! I love the activities that my church will hold for the women in my ward. Each woman is caring and kind. They are happy and will greet anyone they don't know that walks through the doors. I love that each of us is assigned to check up on each other on a monthly basis. This is such a blessing because these particular women become your best friends in the ward. They are the women that you turn to if you need help with anything, and they are the ones that come to your aid at a moment's notice. This church is all about service. We cannot accomplish very much if we do not support and look after one another. It is a beautiful thing to know that so many look out for you. Living my faith is the way I live on a daily basis. I read my scriptures every morning. I bless my food for every meal. I say my prayers both before I leave my home and before I rest my head. I look for blessings every day. I look for opportunities to serve others. I hold Christ close to my heart and try to be like him. I am not perfect, I make mistakes, but I get up every morning and try to be better. That to me is living my faith.
