Hi I'm Tricia

I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. I love to dance and sing. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student studying Exercise and Wellness and am interested in holistic health. I love singing, especially in the car with the windows rolled down on a nice summer day. I also love to dance and enjoy moving to music. Playing tennis is another favorite hobby and think Roger Federer is awesome. Traveling is also another thing I love to do. Exploring what this world has to offer is so exciting as well as meeting the people that cross your path along the way. I am the youngest of four kids, with three older brothers. They all are married to wonderful women and two have children. I am the proud aunt of two nephews with one niece on the way! It is so fun being an aunt and love to be with the little guys. Overall, I love being with my family and friends making memories together.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Gospel and have grown up in the faith. I have had wonderful examples my whole life that I have been blessed to have and gain strength from that have helped me. Yet I know that this Church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the true and living Church upon the earth today. I know it not because others have told me, but because I have felt that truth being witnessed to me. While growing up I have had experiences along the way that have solidified the knowledge that we have a Heavenly Father and a Savior that love us. I have a Father in Heaven that knows little me, out of a sea of people, as well as every person on this earth. I have a Lord that laid down His life so that I can experience and have true joy. And that really is what this gospel brings to me and why I am a Mormon. The gospel brings exquisite joy.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing small things daily. I pray, read my scriptures, attend Church meetings, and serve in callings extended to me. I have served as a counselor, worked with youth, and have been able to organize events and activities for young single adults. I also live my faith by respecting myself and others because all of us are children of God.

Do you really believe there is a prophet like Moses alive today?

Tricia
I have a testimony that just as the ancient world had prophets, we today have a living prophet that loves, inspires, and guides us here on the earth. The heavens are not sealed and communication with God is a real thing. As we listen tot he words of the prophet and abide by the counsel that he gives we will be able to lead a happier and love-filled life. Show more Show less
