Hi I'm Alyssa

I'm a Mormon. I'm a Mormon. And...I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hello. My name is Alyssa and I, like your average early twenty-one-year-old, have a lot of decisions that I've had to make, or that I am making. Exciting time! For the past few years, I've been going to a Utah university studying graphic design. I loooove photography and photoshop. I also love being with my family, and consider them to be my best friends. My family consists of my mom, dad, older sister, brother-in-law, little sister, two nephews, and one neice. They're the greatest. I have the greatest friends, and it's been fun seeing how life takes each of us on our own little paths. Right now, I have the AWESOME priviledge of serving my brothers and sisters in Canada as a full time missionary. I have been so blessed to have the knowledge of a loving Heavenly Father and that He wants us to return to live with him. FOREVER. What a great thing to share with people who do not know God's love! I loooove being a missionary and I loooove being a Mormon!!

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon doesn't mean that I live with restrictions. Living my religion has helped me to strengthen my talents and to reach for my dreams. Knowing that I have a loving Heavenly Father has helped me to realize my full potential. Every day I am faced with decisions. I know that as I choose those things that my Father in Heaven wants me to choose, I become closer to Him. I am one step closer to reaching my true potential. Being a Mormon and living the standards I do helps me to be the best person I can be.

How I live my faith

As a full-time missionary. I spend all of my day inviting people to learn about the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. I help people to feel the influence of God's love in their lives and know that God has a plan for each of them. Helping people to understand and participate in saving ordinances, like baptism by someone holding God's proper authority, is a way that I show my Heavenly Father that I love Him and care about my brothers and sisters here on this earth.
