Hi I'm P.J. Toutai

I was born in Montclair, CA. Half Tongan. Teaching the Gospel in Hmong. I dance. I draw. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love music and dancing. I am from a family of 7. I went to college in Arizona. I graduated at 17 and went straight into college for Civil Engineering. I put my education on hold as I am going to serve a mission. I grew up most of my life in Fontana, CA and in WA. I've lived in a lot of different places, but only in Washington, California, and Arizona. I enjoy drawing even though I'm not that good and I love music, especially Hip-Hop & R&B but I love all music. Right now I'm in California teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the Hmong people of this area. I love doing this because first, the Hmong people are so hospitable and have such a great heritage, and another reason is I am able to invite them in their own language to know about Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up with the influence of the church, both parents being Mormon. I continue in this Gospel because I've noticed the works of Heavenly Father in my life and the lives of my family. The eternal blessings he promises are beyond anything we can ever be promised. Life is just better when you can rely on the Gospel of Jesus Christ to pick you up when you're down. I know that the Book of Mormon is a true witness of Jesus Christ and I know that through the way Jesus showed us, we can receive joy in this life and the life after death.

How I live my faith

I am going about in my calling/duty as a missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. 2 years I put on hold from the world to preach the gospel to bring others to know what I know.

Why do Mormon missionaries proselyte?

P.J. Toutai
Mormon missionaries proselyte because their calling is to invite ALL people to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel. Proselyting is one thing missionaires do to increase their effectiveness in being able to help everyone feel the joy of the gospel that they've felt. Show more Show less
