Hi I'm Chelle

I grew up in Canada, am a wife and mother, and am a Mormon.

About Me

Went through University to become a Nurse, worked with the elderly and patients with Alzheimer's. I love to garden, grow my own foods.

Why I am a Mormon

This Church did answer all my questions ... I was raised in a very alcoholic family, with abuse and neglect. When the Missionaries and friends gave me the opportunity to learn about the church it felt right. No question I had was not answered, I have grown to completely love and respect all Church callings, to never doubt my calling, if I felt unable I somehow worked through it and was made strong enough to achieve my goal.

How I live my faith

as a Convert, I feel blessed to have found the True Church. My life has been blessed by the teachings and promptings of the Holy Ghost. My own testimony has grown significantly with the struggles and challenges I have faced. But, I trust in my faith completely and pray for guidance. I have never been lost or forgotten by the Church, my faith or Heavenly Father.

Why are Mormons asked to donate 10% of their income to their Church?

Chelle
The blessing we have to pay tithing is like a thank you to Heavenly Father. It offers in some ways a "warm Blanket of protection" when we need it. We use it to help with service, with helping those in emergent situations, with Relief work and much more. Show more Show less
