Hi I'm Aaron Armour

I am a husband, father, friend, business professional, active member of my community & I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am loved by my beautiful wife and my amazing children. We live in Atascocita, TX (northeast of Houston). I enjoy spending time with my family, serving others, and participating in sports. I am actively involved in my community.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents converted to the Church shortly before they were married, and I grew up with the gospel in my life, but the most important reason I am a member of the Church is because of my personal testimony of my lord and savior. The defining moment of my conversion to the gospel came when I was a young man. I read The Book of Mormon with an inquisitive intent. I wanted to know if it was true. I prayed to the Lord to help me to know for myself and not because my parents and Church leaders had taught me. I received an answer to my prayer. I know that The Book of Mormon is true. This testimony is the foundation of my faith. I have weathered the storms of trials, doubt, and even a period where I was distant from my Church, and I have rekindled my desire to be an active member of the Church because I have never lost my faith in The Book of Mormon.

How I live my faith

I am blessed to be called to serve the young men in my ward. I have the opportunity to get to know them, help teach them the gospel, and learn from them. I am a home teacher who works diligently to visit members outside of Church meetings to share the gospel on a more personal level and be available to help them with anything they need. My family participates in church services of another faith. I am actively involved in the opportunities to serve with them in the activities they participate in with their church. I look for service opportunities with my children’s schools. The Savior wants us to be like him. He spent his life on Earth serving others, so I look for opportunities to serve the members of my Church and community always.
