Hi I'm Jeremy

I'm a husband and father of three energetic boys. I'm a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA), and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband, and father of three energetic boys. I have been married for 12 years and have 3 little boys who bring so much fun and excitement into my life! I LOVE being a dad and spending time with my family whether it's going camping, hiking, or just hanging out and playing games around the house, I love being with my family! I am a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at a large level 1 trauma center in Pennsylvania. I also enjoy just about any sport (watching and playing). To stay physically fit, and also as a positive outlet I go running almost daily. I enjoy being busy with family, church, work, and simply having fun living life!

Why I am a Mormon

It's difficult for me to put into words why I am a Mormon. I think this is hard for me to articulate because I view it as a life-long journey or pursuit. It's true, I'm a Mormon, but in saying that I don't claim to think that I am any better than anyone else. Being a Mormon helps me in my effort to be a better person. That is why I value my faith and my church so much. Everything that is taught in the church, everything that is asked of me helps me to be a better person. Above all else I am a Mormon because I know it to be the true gospel of Jesus Christ. I know this because I have prayed and asked God. I never saw a vision, or heard a voice speaking to me, but I have felt a power within my heart that has testified to me of it's truth. I get that same feeling every time I live the gospel. The beauty of it all is that everyone can know this for their self! Toward the end of the Book of Mormon it reads "I would exhort you that ye would ask God, the Eternal Father, in the name of Christ, if these things are not true; and if ye shall ask with a sincere heart, with real intent, having faith in Christ, he will manifest the truth of it unto you, by the power of the Holy Ghost." I know that we are all children of God and that he loves us and answers our prayers. I am a Mormon because I asked God if it was true, and I received my answer. I would invite everyone to consider learning more about the Mormon faith and then to simply ask God. I would say that it has changed my life but that would be too cliche. The truth is that it has molded and shaped my life into what it is today, and continues to improve it each day that I am blessed to live.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attempting to follow the example of Jesus Christ one day at a time. I actively pursue opportunities to help other people. I shovel snow, help people move, teach lessons in church, and do whatever I can to be of service. It is easy for me to get caught up in the busy demands of having a family and a busy work and personal life. But, living my faith helps me to stay balanced in life and maintain a positive, cheerful attitude. I certainly am far from perfect, and I make more than my fair share of mistakes, but I like to think that I live my faith simply by serving others.
