Hi I'm Manu

I grew up in Venezuela. I work in Customer Service. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Caracas, Venezuela. I joined the Church in Venezuela in 1987. I served on a mission in Los Angeles, California (1990-1992). I am the father of a beautiful and wonderful daughter. I live in Florida, USA. I work in customer service and I like it because I love to help others. I also like cooking and innovating in the kitchen. In my free time I like to browslng on physical fitness, health, nutrition and motivation.

Why I am a Mormon

I read the Book of Mormon before I got in contact with the church. When I read it the first time I felt everything in it was true. Then, I decided to listen to the missionaries because I wanted to join the church. I prayed my Heavenly Father and I was baptized in 1987. Since then I've been living with true happiness and I've had a close relationship with the Lord. I have a strong testimony of my Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, His atonement and the Church. Being a Mormon is part of my life.

How I live my faith

I've been a member for over twenty nine years. I've been serving in different callings in the church but the greatest one to me has been serving on a full-time mission. It had been the best experience of my life that allowed me to meet lots of people and share with them the reason why my life is completely filled with happiness by living the gospel of Jesus Christ. I've served in callings related to family history. I've learned lots of things that my ancestors did in life and I've given them the opportunity to receive the ordinances of the gospel. I've also taught in Sunday school. Teaching is a double rewarding thing. No only you learn when you're preparing the class but also when you're sharing it with others.
