Hi I'm Todd

I'm a goofy guy. A lot of fun. Love my family and friends, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a smaller town in Oregon... well 15 miles outside of town anyways. I was raised on a horse ranch with a lot of my family. As a matter of fact, all of my Dad's side of the family. Which means all my aunts and uncles, my cousins, and my grandparents. I'm not going to lie, it was frustrating at times, but I loved every minute of it! Other than ranch work (honestly, not the most fun lol), I did all kinds of different things. I love to read. Yeah, I play video games, and I love to play sports. Science is great! Photography is amazing! In high school I did a rather wide variety of things. From being on the yearbook staff, to being in a rugby club, to being on a robotics team. Now I'm married and going to college to become a radiologic technologist (AKA a x-ray tech). Pretty different right lol? Just about anything that I could do with friends and family, I was there. That's probably where I get my greatest joy. Just chillin' with my family and friends. I feel like they're the greatest things I can have. Why not spend as much time with them as possible, and have fun doing it right?. It may take me a while, but I know the Lord will help me through it!

Why I am a Mormon

Yeah, that's right, I was born in the church. I was raised a mormon, and my kids (when I finally have them) will be raised in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as well. I'm not, however, a member because my parents are. Nor am I a member because that's "just how I was raised." I am a member of this church because it's the true church of Jesus Christ. This is His church, and His gospel. I'm a member because I love my Savior, and I want to be part of everything He has for me. I want to do whatever He wants me to do. This is where He wants me to be, and if this is where He wants me, who am I to choose a different path. I have prayed to ask my Father in Heaven if this is where He would have me be, and I know, by the power of the Holy Ghost, that this is where I'm meant to be! This is the true church! I know it because God let me know, and I cannot deny what has been told to me by the power of His Spirit, and I never would want to either. I love being a member of His church, and I love the many blessings that come from living His gospel! My biggest question is why would I not want to be a Mormon?

How I live my faith

Well, I'm no longer a full-time missionary for the church, but that doesn't mean my service stops there. At this moment, I'm just doing my best to live up to the standards that my Savior has set for me. I'm just doing my best to be active in the church, as well as living the principles of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This includes doing whatever is asked of me to do in the service of my fellow man, because I know that when you are serving those around you, you are serving your Savior Jesus Christ!
