Hi I'm Gus Gochnour

I'm a twin, I'm from O-town, I'm serving the Lord in the Germany Berlin Mission, and I am a Mormon

About Me

I am 20 years old and serving a mission in the Germany Berlin Mission. I love doing the work that we do here, I was never super religious before I turned 18 or so, but when you get out on the mish, something sure does change about you, I love to learn about the Gospel and I especially love to learn how to teach it in Deutsch. I love to be able to say that I have a testimony of this church. I love sports, I love being active and just being outside in Gods world. I went to Ogden High School, followed by Weber State University, I love my friends I love my family, and I love my Religion. I also have an Identical Twin Brother, Nick, who is serving in the Alpine German Speaking Mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a Mormon since day 1. But I didnt always have a strong testimony, But now I have been on my mission in Berlin Germany for 18 months, and I know how much this Gospel has blessed me, coming to really find my testimony has been one of the highlights of my life, so many little experiences that pieced together form my certainty of the fact that this is Gods church on the earth. But not only that, but I have seen how my life has been affected by this gospel, it is truly the path to happiness, and exact obedience is the cool thing to do. That is why I love my mission so much, being obedient to the laws of the gospel truly does bring blessings.

How I live my faith

I love going to sunday services, and other events with my ward family. I have done so many amazing activities with my boyz. We have had the most incredible adventures, I wouldnt trade it for anything the things Ive gone through with these boyz. Now that I am on a mission I am truly being converted to my religion. I am serving the lord every day for the next two years.
