Hi I'm AnnaChristina

I love to write, I love my husband and I'm a mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a very ghetto place. I have five younger brothers and two sisters. I was home schooled until I went to college at the age 16 where I got my associates degree and there transfered to the coldest place on earth (aka BYU idaho). Where I hope to eventually finish a degree in whatever I decide. :) I am married to my adorable husband and we now have an adorable 6-month-old baby girl. I have two cats. I love anything outdoorsyish. I love to write my own stories and hope to eventually start a blog. I love trying things and learning new things. I love music. I love to sing, dance, write music, play the piano, etc. . . Life is good and God is great.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up as a mormon but thats not why I am one. My life hasn't been easy and at a very young and tender age something happened to me which lead me to a very long stage of depression. It was a knowledge of a caring Heavenly Father and couple of good friends that I was able to overcome my predicament. That was just the beginning of my conversion. It was overcoming trials, acting upon the precepts that I have been taught, but mainly it was the overwhelming power of prayer. It was me kneeling down to pray to Heavenly Father that I knew was there and listening. Because of that I knew that I was a precious child of God. I knew He loved me and no matter what I did He would never turn His back on me. Therefore, I would never turn my back on Him. When my parents divorced it was one of the hardest trials I've ever had to overcome. But I was able to get through it because of my trust and faith and the commitment I made to God that my life was in His hands and I would do all that I could to keep that way. I love my Lord, my God, my King, and I know that He will always be there to take care of me.

How I live my faith

My Faith is my life. The everyday scripture reading, the everyday saying of prayers, going to church, partaking of the sacrament, going to the temple, etc. . . But it's sooo much more than that. It is acting upon my understanding of the gospel on a day to day basis. I have one motto that I follow and its actually a quote by F Enzio Busche of the qurom of the seventy. He states "You want to do good and be good? That is commendable but the best thing to do in this life is to be under the complete influence of the Holy Ghost. Then He will teach you what is really good and necessary to do." I am still striving to be under the complete influence of the Holy but ever since I have applied this to my life I have had tremendous changes for the better and my understanding has increased tenfold.
