Hi I'm Preston

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a husband and father of three; two daughters in college and one in high school. I work for a firm in Cleveland. I was raised in Utah and have lived in California, Florida, and Minnesota before living in Cleveland. Most of my spare time is consumed with helping/supporting my family and taking care of our home. However, when I have some extra time I enjoy bicycling and simply being outside. The picture on my profile is my family at the Philadelphia Marathon in 2011. My daughter who is a Junior in college participated in the marathon which was a first in our entire family. We were proud of her confidence and determination to try something new.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a mormon because I know the gospel of Jesus Christ has been restored to the earth today. The most distinguishing feature of the church is the priesthood of God which is the power of heaven. The priesthood is active, not passive. As members of the church we are called to succeed, not fail in sharing the gospel to the world. The gospel of Jesus Christ is the essence of salvation. This is why I'm a Mormom. Quite simply, I believe! My life has been filled with blessings and trials. Heavenly Father has never forsaken me in my time of need. He has answered my prayers and blessed my family.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to keep the sabbath day holy, teaching a young men's class each Sunday, caring for some less fortunate families, and being a good citizen in the community.
