Hi I'm Jade

I grew up in Utah. I am a student working on my nursing degree. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a ballroom dancer, I am currently going to college to get my nursing degree. I want to be a travel nurse when I grow up :) I have been working as a CNA for over two years now, and it is my passion. I live for my work, because I love taking care of my patients, watching them heal and finding ways to make them more comfortable.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of the Plan of Happiness. In caring for my patients and watching over one hundred of them die in two years at work, knowing without a doubt where they go, that I will be able to see them again, know them, and be with them forever is a blessing in my life that I can't even describe. It takes the agony out of death and replaces it with a quiet peace that fills the hole in my heart when they pass on, and helps me to cope with the loss. Another reason is because of the reassurance that I have a loving Heavenly Father who knows how much my patients mean to me and how hard it is to lose them. I know my Heavenly Father is an active part of my life, sending those special people into my life to learn from and have my testimony strengthened by them, as well as supporting me through the trials and hard times. I always know that if I can't communicate my sorrows to my friends or family, I always have Someone who loves me and will help me if I just ask, and knows exactly how I feel.

How I live my faith

I participate in my singles ward as one of the activities directors, planning get togethers for the young adults of the church. I am also a visiting teacher.
