Hi I'm Paulette

I am the mother of 3 kids & I have a handicapped husband.I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I work at a major chain store and I also am growing an Avon business. My husband and I have 3 kids. We have known each other since we were 12 and have been married for almost 15 years. We enjoy camping at our family's camping area. We devote a major amount of time to raising our children right now. We have one in elementary school and 2 in middle school. Sports. scouts, plays, young womens, & achievement days keep us going.

Why I am a Mormon

We have chosen as a family to follow the teachings of Christ's Church. I was basically the last hold out in the family. The deciding factor for my conversion to the church was simply allowing myself to go to a baptism. I had never been open to it before and the spirit must have just been speaking to me. We went to the baptism and I felt the spirit finally whispering and telling me that this was the right choice for our family. My husband has been researching the church for about 12 years. I took the missionary discussions for about a year before I was ready. To this day everytime we visit our former church for a "family function" the spirit testifies to my heart that I made the right decision.

How I live my faith

We are fairly new to the church and I am quite busy. I help follow up and make sure that sisters are being visited every month. I also enjoy help the sisters directly when needed. We enjoy sharing family home evening (Monday might is family night) with members of our ward and also those who are still seeking Christ's Church.

How can we increase our faith in Jesus Christ?

Paulette
We can increase our faith through daily prayer, scripture study, and church attendance. I think the most important thing though is after having prayed with really sincere intent having faith in Christ you need to be still and listen and then be willing and able to action upon whatever the Lord's answer is/ Show more Show less
