Hi I'm Brock Solomon

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Currently studying exercise science at BYU with plans of becoming a Physician's Assistant. Served a mission in Rosario, Argentina. Huge Texas Rangers fan. Love playing any and all sports. Big time movie and TV geek. Love travelling. Love my family!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because I understand what Christ has done for everyone, and want to repay Him for what He did. He made such an incredible sacrifice for us, and all he asks is that we follow his example. All we need to do is follow his commandments, repent of our sins, and be baptized into his Church. If we do that, we are allowed to live with God and our families forever. It is pretty incredible all of the things Christ has done for us, and what little he asks of us. I know that He is the Savior of the world. I know that he took our sins upon himself that that we may be washed clean of them. I know that He lives, and that through Him, we may live once more after this life. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints was restored by Christ through Joseph Smith. I know that we have Christ`s Church once more upon the earth, and that we have a living Prophet in Thomas S. Monson. I will do everything in my power to serve Christ and to try to live as he did, and to follow the Prophet.

How I live my faith

I am a Missionary! I am living my faith by devoting 2 years of my life to Christ. As a missionary, I am called to teach people about Christ and to invite others to come unto Him. Before my mission, I did other things to live my faith. I was a hometeacher, and shared messages about Christ to members of the Church once a month. I participated in many many service projects. I have helped knit blankets and hats for orphans, cut lawns of widows, cleaned out a historic cemetery, raked leaves in a special needs camp, put together aid kits for disaster relief, and countless others. Christ spent his life serving others, and the least we can do is try to do the same. He also blessed us with this beautiful earth we live on, and we should keep it as pretty as possible.

Is it true that Jesus appeared in North America after his crucifixion and resurrection according to the Book of Mormon?

Brock Solomon
Yes, In the Bible and The Book of Mormon, Jesus said that He has sheep that are not of this fold that he would visit. It would`nt be just and fair of Him to not visit all of His people. And Christ is always just and fair. Show more Show less
