Hi I'm Brady Price

I'm on a mission in Costa Rica, I'm learning Spanish. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hey, so im a very competative person. I love to wrestle, play basketball, snowboard, or anything else competative. I'm currently on a mission in San Jose, Costa Rica but before my mission i was going to school at BYU-I in business management to get a degree and then apply to dental school. I love to be outdoors hiking, running, camping, or playing catch with a friend.

Why I am a Mormon

I choose to be a member of God's church because I feel the Lord's love for me and His approval of the direction i'm heading when i choose to follow His commandments. I very rarely have a strong everwhelming spiritual experiences but I see God's hand in my life every day and as i pray for guidance in my everyday life and seek to live God's will for me, I feel the Lord guide me. When i read Joseph Smith's words describing when he saw God, our Heavenly Father, and His son Jesus Christ, i feel peace in my heart. I feel the Holy Ghost testify to me that those words are true. Joseph Smith saw God. I know it, and i know that through Joseph Smith, the Lord restored His church, His gospel, and His Priesthood power by which He brings to pass the immortality and Eternal life of the human family.

How I live my faith

Right now I'm serving a mission for 2 years in San Jose, Costa Rica teaching the Lord's gospel and bringing people unto Christ through Faith in Jeus Christ and his Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.

Why do Mormons perform proxy baptisms in their temples?

Brady Price
Jesus Christ taught in the Bible and the Book of Mormon that Baptism is essential to the salvation of all those who lived on the earth. It would be cruel of God to damn everybody who lived on earth that didnt have the opportunity to even hear the Gospel. Because the Lord is merciful, the Lord provided a way for everybody to have the chance to accept the Gospel and receive the blessings that come from baptism. It is for this cause that we perform proxy baptisms, so people on the other side can have the opportunity and choice to accept what has been done for them. Show more Show less
