Hi I'm Pete Crow

I am a Husband, Father, Physical Therapist and a Mormon. We have a mixed family. Our children are going different directions.

About Me

I know there has been Saturdays where we have had each of the six children at a different youth sports games and trying to coordinate them to be there and actually attend these has been interesting. In my career as a Physical Therapist, I have the benefit to see others overcome pain and both physical and mental hardship. It is inspiring and motivating. I think rehabilitation is a lot like life, it is painful, requires hard work, but you can also see the great progress. Some people that I work with do not always do what I ask them to do (exercise program i.e. The Homework) and because of this they suffer more, the process takes longer and there is more pain attached to it. This is what life is all about, the daily things we need to do that help us each day to get stronger, speak softer and have less pain. I feel that is why we have the commandments in our life, so as we live them daily; we have happier, have less pain and our personal rehabilitation is less painful.

Why I am a Mormon

In the past few years, I have seen my mother in law, father, mother, a younger sister, a very close friend and others pass away. All have different stories and different life experiences. This has been personally very difficult for me. Through all this, I have felt many times my Heavenly Father’s tender mercies upon me- blessings of peace, joy, love and comfort. The fact of knowing that we can live again with our love ones with Heavenly Father, that we will see them again and that life has many grand purposes has been an incredible strength and comfort to me. This life is definitely not “live for the moment” or “what is in it for me” mottos. We all are from a Heavenly Realm with glorious potential and individual worth from Him. We are personally know by Him, We are His Children, He loves us and wants us to succeed and be happy, but we need to follow the path, His path, no matter the naysayers that are out there trying to discourage us. As I look back in history, Noah and many others had naysayers, but this did not diminish that Noah’s words were still true and vital.

How I live my faith

Through all these close love ones passing, I have had a greater understanding of the plan of happiness that our Heavenly Father has for all of us and the great love He has for me personally. We can’t give up, we need to walk each day with our head held high as we strive to do the right thing. I am very blessed. My name is Pete Crow, I am a Physical Therapist, Father, Husband, Friend and I am a Mormon.
