Hi I'm Breanne

I'm a musician. I'm a nerd. I love being with my friends and family.I am proud to say I'm a Mormon!!

About Me

Hi, I'm Breanne. I love reading, academics, cycling, and music. My favorite series is the Maximum Ride series by James Patterson. I also really like Song of the Lioness Quartet by Tamora Peirce. I love math and I love writing. Algebra is my favorite kind of math and I enjoy narrative writing. I'm not a professional cyclist, but I really like the rhythmic feeling of your legs pumping on the pedals, and lately I've started running. I play the trumpet in my school band with some of my closest friends, and the piano for church and for fun. Music helps me focus and channel my energy on something productive. I love my family. Especially my sister. I enjoy how they're always there to support me along with my friends and church leaders.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm not a convert, so I don't see a significant difference in my life now than it was when I wasn't a member. I've always been in the church. I'll be honest, at first it was because my parents went, and they had testimonies. It wasn't until about a year ago that I really started to understand just what the church was about and why people said this was the right church. I love the Lord and I know that he loves me and understands what I go through. Being Mormon isn't something I believe. It's something I live, something I love. It's something that improves my life for the better every day. It's something I never ever want to end. I am truly happy with how I am and hope to continue to grow.

How I live my faith

The way I live my faith is just being an example. I come from a small town so everyone knows my religion and they've all kind of accepted it. The only thing I can really do is be proudly different. I take turns with the other girls directing the music in my ward, but I have a small role in my ward. Like I said, all I can do is be an example.
