Hi I'm Mikell

I grew up in Bountiful, Utah. I love poloroid cameras, snow cones, cowboy boots, sunny days & gumballs. I'm happy & I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am a very happy and loving girl. I grew up in Bountiful, Utah and feel so blessed to be surrounded by other people that share the love for the Gospel. I love simplicity. I find such great happiness in family, good friends, children, poloroid cameras, post-it notes, bright colors, sunny summer days, snow cones, gumball machines, new nail polish and a good pair of cowboy boots. I was married to my best friend this March in the Salt Lake Temple and have never been happier. Sharing my life with someone who loves me has been an incredible blessing. I am happy, I am loved, I am colorful and loud, and I'm a Mormon!

Why I am a Mormon

I have a true testimony of this Gospel. I am a Mormon because I have never been as happy as I am when I am living the Gospel, following the commandments, and trying everyday to be a little bit better. I try to be an example to those around me. I want other people to see me, and want to live the Gospel as well. I have a true testimony of the Atonement and through that I have been able to change things in my life and be married in the Temple to the person I love the most. I have had times where the church has not been apart of my life, and the difference in the way I feel with it in my everyday routine is uncomparable. I know this Church is true through many, many tender mercies from the Lord, prayer and scripture study. I know that through tough times I can always turn to the Lord for help and sing a hymn for comfort. I am a mormon because I know in my heart it's true. I have a testimony of tithing and the blessings received when being faithful with the commandments. I am a mormon because I am able to spend forever with my family and my loved ones, and for that, I am forever grateful..

How I live my faith

I am a primary teacher to 4 and 5 year olds, and I couldn't think of a better calling! I love working with the children and they are a true example of pure love and innocence. I start and end my day with personal prayer, and have sweethearts prayer with my husband in the evenings. I am also in our Ward Choir and love sharing my testimony through song!
