Hi I'm Griffin Green

I'm a college student, soccer player, full time missionary, and one day will be a veteran's physical therapist, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am aspiring to become a professional soccer player, I wish they made a cologne that smells like rain, and/or wet soccer field grass (its a one of a kind smell)! I'm studying exercise science with a concentration in Physical Therapy, and when thats done i'll be going to school to be a cardiovascular surgeon, and hopefully into the military to pay for it all! and very interested in getting to know/ helping others and their needs. I want to skydive, cave jump, and wrestle an alligator. I love to scuba dive, exercise in anyway, and be absolutely random! I am currently serving my mission in the Great Kentucky Louisville mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (y'all). I plan on finishing up my college education when I get home 1 more year! I fell "off the edge of the church" for a while and went really inactive and through repentance and faith i'm now on the greatest adventure of my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a mormon because i felt that it was the only right and true church. while inactive i checked out many other religions (catholic, methodist, baptist etc) and they all had some ounce of truth. But after prayer and much studying i came to know that the gospel of Jesus christ is the only fully true church, and is Jesus Christ's church restored through Joseph Smith.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being as close to christ like as humanly possible. I am currently a missionary and teaching as many people that would like to hear of our faith as I can whether it be single parents, young or old, man or woman, all are invited to come unto christ and that's why I am on a mission. To help people do so.

Why do Mormons baptize their new members?

Griffin Green
it is symbolic of our past "earthly" self dying when our body goes completely under water, and as we come out of the water its symbolic of us being born again or starting with a clean slate. Also its the first step to being able to live with our heavenly father again. Show more Show less
