Hi I'm Bailie

I love my family. I love my friends. I love my horses. I have a passion for helping children grow and learn. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student studying Elementary Education. I love being around children, because they have the most pure and innocent spirits. I am a newly established wife to a very loving and caring husband, he is literally my teddy bear. In my free time you will find me out with my horses, riding, doing ground work, or competing at a barrel race. I am passionate about my horses and they will be always be a part of my life. I am very excited to one day be a mother, but we are going to give it a coupe-7 years. Ha. I love the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and am so grateful and happy to be a member.

Why I am a Mormon

I have gained so much happiness and so many blessing from following the ordinances I have made with my Heavenly Father. Being able to say I am happy because I am obedient is hard for some to understand, i have to admit there was a point in my life that I found myself doubting this very concept. I have proven to myself that happiness truly comes from reading my scriptures, studying the gospel, saying my prayers multiple times daily, thinking positive thoughts about myself and about others around me, and living charitably in every action I make. I believe in the God Head. I am so thankful for a loving Heavenly Father. I know that I have a Savior and Heavenly Brother who gave his life so that I may live. The Atonement has literally saved my life. I am grateful for the blessing of a Latter Day Prophet. I love Thomas S. Monson. I am grateful for all of the prophets that came before him. I love the fully restored Gospel of Jesus Christ, and I testify of it's truthfulness.

How I live my faith

The best way I have found that I can serve my Heavenly Father is by sharing my love with my friend and family. I get such a good feeling when I serve others. I read, study, and ponder scripture daily. I pray for guidance, and I make sure to voice my gratitude for my life. Every part of my journey has been a learning experience and I am so thankful for the opportunities that I have. I want to be better for myself, for my family, for the Sisters in my Branch, and for all of the people I have an influence on. I can continue to be better as I keep the promises I made through Baptism. I want to go to the Temple with my husband and I am working towards becoming worthy of that goal every minute that I live. Yes, I have struggles, but I just keep moving forward with a purpose. I have Eternal value and I am thankful for that knowledge, and want everyone to know that they have that same Eternal value.
