Hi I'm Sue

I'm a daughter, wife, mom to 3 great kids, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love having the privilege to be a wife & stay-at home mom to my 3 kids. My favorite thing in the world is when there is peace & laughter in our home!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I choose to be! I'm a Mormon because living the gospel of Jesus Christ brings me peace & understanding in a troubled & confused world; and it helps me focus on things that really matter, instead of being distracted by things that don't. I am a Mormon because as I study & learn, the Holy Ghost quietly confirms to me that it is true. Being a Mormon makes me happy, and living the principles of the fullness of Christ's gospel make me more than I could ever hope to become on my own.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church services every Sunday, partaking of the sacrament, and continually refocusing my perspective to try and keep my life centered on the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I live my faith by accepting Christ's gift of the Atonement each time I have a need to repent and change my ways. I have such gratitude for this gift. I live my faith by studying the scriptures and teachings of modern-day prophets. I have read the Book of Mormon, and I have felt its power in my life and in the lives of my family. I live my faith by involving my Heavenly Father in my life by praying continually to him, asking for His guidance & thanking Him for all he has graciously given me. I live my faith by being willing to accept opportunities to serve my Heavenly Father by serving those around me - even if seems too hard or scary to me! My most recent callings in the church have been to work with the teenagers; to teach them & to guide activities offered by the church to strengthen them, and to help them feel of their Savior's love for them. I felt very unqualified to fulfill this task, but I have truly been strengthened, uplifted, and molded to accomplish His purposes. As I teach, I learn. As I show love, I feel love. I am transformed to be His hands when I serve. I am far from perfect, but Christ's gospel is perfect.
