Hi I'm Nicole

I grew up in the country and love my country roots. I love being a wife, a daughter, an aunt and a sister. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a small town in Idaho that I have recently moved back to, and couldn't be happier. My husband and I have not been blessed with children of our own, so it is fantastic to be living close to our nieces and nephews again. I like to read, crochet, sew, ride my bike and hike and I love art.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. However, I was not an active member for a large part of my life. When my husband was diagnosed with cancer, we took a long look at our lives and how we were living. We both knew that the answers we were seeking were found in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I can't even think of my life now without the Gospel.

How I live my faith

Every day that I wake up, I am happy that I get to communicate with my Father in Heaven. I need His guidence and direction in my life every day. I have had the opportunity to serve with the young women in my local church group. They have taught me so much. I also visit 3 ladies from my church group each month. We discuss life and faith with each other and provide service whenever needed. I read the scriptures daily, both alone and with my husband. When reading scriptures with my husband, I really enjoy the discussions that we have. I try to be the best example and friend to those around me that I can be. One of my favorite assignments that I have had is working in the Las Vegas Temple. It brought me great joy to work with and serve those who attended the Temple.
