Hi I'm Ryo Oshiro

I'm a Mormon. I am from Okinawa, Japan. I am a TESOL Major and planning to teach English in Japan.

About Me

I am a junior in Brigham Young University of Hawaii. I study TESOL which is Teaching English to speakers of Other Language. My hobby is to travel, play volley ball and play the piano/organ. I am single and I am working at a grocery store as a cashier. I am also a speech tutor teaching foreign students pronunciation.

Why I am a Mormon

I have a testimony of Jesus Christ. I know that he lives and I know that from reading the Book of Mormon, prayers, and going to church. I love going to church because I can renew my covenants and feel the spirit. I love socializing with members. It is a privilege to meet members and become friends. I think the people from our church has a lot of connection with lots of people than any other organization. It is awesome place to be. I know that we have modern day prophets. He leads us and guide us to the right path.

How I live my faith

I read the scriptures. Praying is essential to keep us spiritually high. Going to church is important because we can partake of the sacrament and become clean.
