Hi I'm Riley

I'm a husband to a wonderful wife. I love spending time with my family and friends. I'm a college student. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in northern Utah, and lived there until I was 19 years old. I then left home in Utah and went to Southern California for 2 years where I served as a full-time volunteer representative for the church. After returning home from California I moved to Rexburg Idaho to attend school at Brigham Young University - Idaho. While going to school in Idaho I met the amazing woman who is now my dear wife. We were married in the Salt Lake City Temple in Utah. My faith is a driving force in my life and I try to let it guide my decisions.

Why I am a Mormon

Through reading the scriptures (including the Book of Mormon) and praying about them, I have come to know through the Holy Spirit that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the Lord's true and restored church. I know that He leads and guides it today through His living prophets and apostles. When I live His teachings my life is purposeful and happy. When I stray from His teachings I begin to lose that sense of satisfaction. I know that it is true, and that's why I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

My faith in Jesus Christ affects all aspects of my life. Life is full of decisions both big and small, and it is in those daily decisions that we determine who we will become. I try to make good decision that will help me become more like Jesus Christ, and I try to help others do the same.
