Hi I'm Esther (Scooter) Page

I am an aspiring teacher, an adventurer, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am attending BYU as a undergraduate in Biology Teaching. Since I was in kindergarten I knew I wanted to be a teacher, and I am finally fulfilling those dreams by serving a mission and getting my degree in teaching. Along with teaching I love to spend time with my family and friends. I am always up for an adventure!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is Gods restored and true church on this earth today. I am a Mormon because It brings more joy than anything else in this world. I am a happy person, even when there are reasons for unhappiness I have the ultimate reason to be happy.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in everything I do. I continuously serve those around me and live by the principles Christ and his disciples taught. I try to remember not only the big things like "thou shalt not kill" but also the little things that could fall under "love thy neighbor" such as writing a quick note, smiling at a stranger, or holding the door open. It is my hope that though the small things my faith will be reflected.

What do Mormons believe about family?

Esther (Scooter) Page
Mormons believe that the family unit is the most important unit on this earth, families are so important because we believe that families can last forever. Though sacred ordinances preformed in the temple a family can be together not only in this life but also in life after death. Families also are one of the largest sources of joy and happiness.
