Hi I'm Stephanie

I am a Mom of two amazing little girls. Currently I am a full time college student and stay at home Mom. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a Mom of two amazing, smart, beautiful girls , and one crazy huge dog! I have an amazing husband who I have been married to 10 years this year! I live to make new memories and go on new adventures with my family. They are my life! I want to see the beauty the world has to offer and share it with others! I love the ocean with a passion! No really, a serious passion! I would love to take an active role in ocean conservation and believe in it with all my heart! I am happiest when it rains and love the way it washes the world clean.

Why I am a Mormon

The Mormon church has changed my life in so many good and amazing ways. I am a recent convert and previously didn't go to church. I hadn't been involved regularly with any church since my teen years and had started looking for that missing peice. I had attended a few churches and none of them felt right. I was looking for something and didn't even know what I was looking for exactly. I was lost. I decided, through the urging of some friends, to try the Mormon church and I knew fom the first day I attended that it was the place for me. I knew nothing of the gospel yet or anything about the details of the church but the warm, friendly, family oriented place I had walked into just felt so different. I met with the missionaries after that and continued to go to church regularly. This helped me develop a strong faith in Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father. I took the time to read and learn all I could about anything and everything regarding the church and the Book of Mormon. It wasn't long before I was certain that baptism was right for me. Now my family attends church together each Sunday and it has drawn us closer toogether. Happiness is abundant in our lives. I have found that the feeling of peace I was hoping for and it hasn't faded at all with time.

How I live my faith

I love being involved in the Sunday school classes at church. Being an active participant makes gaining the knowledge so much more fulfilling. I ask questions and add my experiances when I feel I should. I also love participating in the family activites and monthly women's group meetings. having the oportunity to all work together to have a big meal, dance, or inspiring gathering can be so rewarding. To see everyone together and having a good time is just awesome. Even some of the more simple things like meeting a person to visit teach once a month has helped me develop friendships and make connections with other people.
