Hi I'm Tegan

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Utah until I was 10. Then my family spent a year in Wisconsin and then came to live in beautiful Washington. I love running, playing any kind of sport for fun, spending time with people (especially my family), laughing, trying new things, and helping others learn. I went to school for a year and plan on going back after my mission to Mexico.

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up in the church, and I can't say that I have one specific story to tell about how I became converted to this gospel. I do know that when I go to church I can feel the presence of the Holy Spirit, which testifies of Christ. I know that Heavenly Father is there for me because when I pray in the name of Christ I can feel His presence. I am a Mormon because I know that the only way to return to live with my Father in Heaven is to obey all of the commandments that He has given me. This church is what guides me in my life to become more Christ-like and closer to my Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving to be the best I can be each day and each moment. Some of the best opportunities I have had to live my faith come from helping in the church. I have been a Sunday School teacher. I enjoy teaching and learning from those around me. I have also had many opportunities to live my faith through music. I have enjoyed the opportunities to play the piano and organ when I can.
