Hi I'm Lindsey

I'm a photographer, a college student, and a wife; and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the wife of a truck driver, and a photographer. I am also a student, studying for my Bachelor's degree in Fire Science and Emergency Management. I enjoy spending time with my husband whenever he's home, and I enjoy getting the opportunity to capture some amazing photographs. We have struggled with infertility over the past 5 years, and we are just holding on to our prayers that we will be blessed one day with children of our own.

Why I am a Mormon

I had a friend throughout middle and high school that was a member of The Church and I occasionally went to church with her. I never really went to church growing up otherwise. Everything I learned built a strong foundation for my conversion in later years, and helped my testimony grow stronger. I love the emphasis that The Church has on family, and I love how everyone in the ward treats you like you're part of the family.

How I live my faith

I have previously held callings in which I worked with the youth in The Church. When I am teaching them about the Gospel, I can really feel the spirit with me. I have had the opportunity to participate in community outreach programs, and to give aid in humanitarian relief.

Are Mormons Christians?

Lindsey
Yes, Mormons are very much Christians. The name of our Church, in fact, is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We accept Christ as our savior, and as the only perfect being ever to walk on earth. He is the center of our faith and the head of our church. Show more Show less
