Hi I'm Diana

I am a sister of four brothers. I love to sing and read and learn new things. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm the only daughter in a family of four brothers. I love everything about singing and hope to become a vocal coach and music therapist in the future. Helping people through song and music is my passion! I love reading, playing piano, and I'm a sucker for country music. One of my dreams is to study abroad in Italy and simply travel to see the world and the beauty that it has to offer. Even though I've grown up all over and love traveling, Texas is the place that has a hold of my heart.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because it makes me happy! I love the gospel of Jesus Christ and the blessings that it offers when we obey God's commandments. It gives me so much peace and comfort when I'm going through hard times and when I don't know exactly where to turn or what to do in my life, the gospel is right there as an anchor and helps me to direct my life and stay on track. I've always been a member of this church and I don't think there's ever been a time where I doubted the truth of it's teachings. I believe that this has been a blessing straight from God, and that my testimony is a gift. Of course I've made mistakes. I've chosen the wrong path at times and have done things that I've needed to repent of. But that's life. With this gospel I have the ability to change and repent and grow and become clean again. I have such a testimony of the power of the Atonement and I know that because of Jesus Christ's great sacrifice we are able to live with God again and be cleansed of our sins. The gospel just makes so much sense to me and it brings so much happiness and peace to my life that I can't imagine living my life without it. I'm about to serve an 18 month mission in New York to share this life changing gospel with the people there and invite them to come unto Christ and I just hope that I will be able to show them even a glimpse of the powerfulness of this great church.

How I live my faith

I've had the opportunity to be a teacher to many of the little ones in the church. I've been able to teach lessons but also lead them through music and song to help them draw closer to their Heavenly Father. I've served on youth committee boards to organize activities and I've played piano in various meetings to promote the feelings of the Spirit and help bring out messages of the Savior.
