Hi I'm Mark

I am a family man, a horse whisperer, and a musician. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a Husband, a Father, and a Grandfather. I work in the Pharmaceutical Industry by day, and train horses in the evenings and on the weekends. I love to play music, with my family, and to sing. I play the guitar, the piano, the bass guitar, and am learning how to play the banjo. I also love to golf. My favorite times in life are spent with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I love the peace, joy, and happiness that comes from living the gospel of Jesus Christ, and understanding it's teachings. I am grateful for the knowledge of "Where we came from, why we are here, and where we go after this life." I find comfort in knowing that Heavenly Father knows us, is very aware of each of us, and has an individual plan for us. I find great comfort knowing that families can be together forever, and that marriage doesn't have to end with death. I am happy and productive when I am obedient to the commandments, and principles of the gospel. It brings me great joy to see my family grow, and to progress together.

How I live my faith

My wife and I serve in our ward as the Young Single Adult representatives. We look after the 18 to 30 year old crowd, and have a special interest in what is going on in their lives. They are a busy group! I also home teach three families in the ward. My home teaching companion and I visit them, at least once a month, to watch over them and make sure they are doing well. We also prepare and give a spiritual message, each month, to help them feel and understand the blessings of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are striving to acquire the attributes of Christ in our day-to-day lives, and to put them into practice in order to serve those around us better.
