Hi I'm Brandii

I grew up in Southern Alberta, Canada. I am a mother of three almost four children.I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a stay at home Mom of three children. I am currently pregnant with my fourth. Being a mother is my life. I enjoy my children but I also like to have ME time. I love to shop, read and play sports in my free time. I like to cook and WHEN I clean I am very particular about how I clean. I love teaching all ages. I love to see the looks on children's faces when they learn how to do things for the first time. Being a Mom is the most rewarding job in the world.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church but that is not the only reason why I am a Mormon. I struggled with my beliefs when I was in my grade twelve year of high school and my first year of college. At that point I really questioned who I was and what I wanted out of life. When I went to church I just went because my room mates went and because in all honesty I was afraid of what people thought. It wasn't until I had an amazing bishop that worked with me through my problems and took the time to really listen that I had a change of heart. He helped me realize that I was worth what I wanted out of life and that I was able to get it if I worked hard. The most important thing that he helped me realize was that my past was in my past and if I had truly repented I would be forgiven and I should think of it no more. This helped me to move on and become the woman I was capable of. I also had parents that knew the desires of my heart and would never let me forget who I was and who I could become. I am the woman I am today because of my bishop, my parents, my loving Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ and the one man that I could confide everything to and he never judged me. That man was and is my husband. He was my other saving grace. He knew everything about me and still loved me just the same. It was then that I realized my life had more meaning. My relationship with my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ became more and more prominent in my life and while I was going through the repentance process they became my rock. I now know without wavering faith that this Church is true and that Jesus Christ is one of my very best friends and without him and my Father in Heaven I have no idea where I would be today!

How I live my faith

I have had many callings in the church and most of them have been teaching callings. I enjoy teaching all age groups. I pray that when I teach them the lessons that I prepare each week that they will at least take one thing with them that they have learned. I want to make a difference in their lives. The teachers that I have had in my life made a difference in mine and I just hope that I can be that same way. Right now I am teaching the Young Women in our Ward. It has only been my second week but I love it already.
