Hi I'm Eliza.

I'm a simple girl from a simple place with a big heart and big dreams. :) I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name's Eliza, and one of my nicknames is DuckTape. :) I like making duct tape roses, but I also like making tons of other random crafts and I enjoy many other hobbies, which include (but not limited to): crocheting, reading, playing video games, writing, and serving others. :) Previously, I worked as a customer service representative for an online textbook rental company. :D I have A.D.D, and I'm very inquisitive, but I also enjoy answering questions. And I like emoticons. :D I grew up in this church. On my mother's side, my family has pioneer ancestry. On my father's side, I'm a second generation member.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up as a member of the LDS faith, and I feel very lucky to have been able to be part of this Church my whole life because I honestly can't even imagine who I'd be if I didn't have this Gospel. My mother is a very service-oriented person, and I've grown up learning to love serving others. Now, I'm happiest when I'm doing service for others, and I love making other people happy with my service. :D I love doing service anonymously because being praised embarrasses me... And I absolutely love when others see me serving and they get up and help me. :D I know serving others helps me grow spiritually, and without service, I'd be completely lost in life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through service. :) Currently, I am serving as a full-time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Washington Spokane Mission. :) I love going out every day to share what I have learned of Jesus Christ and His atonement with others!
