Hi I'm Giulia

I am Italian and I love my country and culture. I love the food here! I enjoy life. I love being happy. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student and I hope I will learn a couple of languages before I die (I'm working on my English now, and as I do so my Italian is getting worse and worse...). Life is too short to be sad. My personal motto is: If you can't change it, don't worry about it, if you can: why do you worry about it? I try to live up according to this philosophy and for the most part I succeed, even if sometimes I allow myself to have a couple of days just ice-cream and me... I am an enthusiastic person and I am excited for what is going to happen next! I look better when I smile

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised as a Mormon, but my close family members were the only members in my extended family and most of my friends didn't believe in God. I had to figure out that God was there for myself, I didn't want to live on someone elses testimony. I received a strong answer that Heavenly Father is there when I was in my teenage years after many prayers. I know He watches over me. I was committed to live according to what I knew to be true. I am still committed to do so. Above all I saw how our faith made my family grow closer together during times of trials thanks to our belief. I love all of them and I am truly grateful for my grandparents and the good values they taught to my family according to the faith they knew. I am a Mormon because it gives me perspective in life and makes me extremely happy. I am a Mormon also because I received a testimony of it

How I live my faith

I am active in my faith and try to live it each day. I love how it makes me busy! I had in the past different responsibilities in the Church, but I think the most challenging one was when I was called as a teacher for the 3-5 years old children... I loved them, but it was demanding. Waking up on Sunday those days was hard! But it was so rewarding, they still remember me and I dearly love them. It was a good training to know that in my future family it will not be easy, but it will be worth it. I learn a lot from my assignments. The thing I learned back then was to love what you do and the people you are with, even when it's difficult
